  • Return Timeframe: For eligible items, please ensure that the return is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested beyond this specified timeframe may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Items Eligible for Return: Our newly built Vintage Doors are the only items eligible for returns. All other Antique door sales are final.

  • Buyer’s ResponsibilityThe purchaser must cover the expenses for shipping returns. Furthermore, any initial shipping fees charged by Magnolia Antique Door Company are to be paid by the purchaser. It is essential to pack the items securely to avoid any harm while they are being sent back.
  • Condition of Returned ItemsFor a return to be accepted, the vintage doors must be returned in the original condition they were in upon delivery. Should there be any damage incurred during the return shipment, it may lead to a reduction in the amount refunded.

  • Refund Process: Upon receipt and examination of the returned doors, we will inform you regarding the status of your refund. If the return meets our criteria, we will swiftly initiate the refund to your initial method of payment.
