Paying secures the door. Choose your services within about a week after that. We do not hold doors without payment.

- An order without shop work can be cancelled free of charge until the door leaves our shop; after that, the return rules apply. An order with shop work can be cancelled free of charge until shop work starts; after that, a restocking fee of 15% of the door price applies.
- Any door without shop work can be returned within 7 days of delivery, less a restocking fee of 15% of the door price; you pay the return shipping, and the original shipping is not refunded. A door with shop work (resizing, Install Ready, restoration, finish or glass) cannot be returned.
- At delivery, open and inspect every door. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and report it to us within 48 hours.
