Refund policy

All Antique Door Sales Are Final Every antique door in our inventory is a one-of-a-kind piece sold in its original, as-found condition. Natural wear, patina, and imperfections are inherent to the nature of antique items and are not grounds for return or refund. These characteristics are what make each door irreplaceable.

Customized Orders Are Non-Returnable — No Exceptions Any door that has been modified, restored, trimmed, pre-hung, refinished, or otherwise customized to your specifications is considered a custom order and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes all customization services offered by Magnolia Antique Door Co. — regardless of whether the door is antique or handcrafted. By approving a quote that includes customization work, you acknowledge and accept that the order becomes final.

Handcrafted Doors — Limited Return Eligibility Newly built Handcrafted Doors that have not been customized may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • Door must be returned in its original, unmodified delivery condition
  • Any damage incurred during return shipment may result in a reduced refund
  • All return shipping costs and any original shipping fees paid by Magnolia Antique Door Co. are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Items must be packed securely — damage from inadequate packaging will be deducted from the refund

Returns outside the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Refund Process Upon receipt and inspection of a returned handcrafted door, we will notify you of the refund status within a reasonable timeframe. If the return meets the criteria above, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
